Sometimes everything around me just feels right. Sometimes is today.
I am in the train and get a call from my new agency about earlier missed calls, I arrive in Utrecht, meet Marin and we - very slowly - walk towards the Dom. We have a lecture and sit behind Anton and Maarten, who can be very helpful at the right time, although Anton eats a cookie and that is frowned upon.
In our 2,5-hour break we argue about where we are going to eat and it is all so much fun, especially the argueing. My new friends make me laugh. We eat at the McDonalds with Antons coupons and play with our Happy Meal toy and talk about sex, as usually.
We then go back to Drift to meet others for our final lecture of the day. Everybody is tired and clingy, Marin actually falls asleep for a while in class, which is quite cute. Maarten tries to watch a deadly part of Sweeney Todd on a laptop but I distract him. I play thousands of tic-tac-toe games with Marije untill she eventually wins. Lydia and Anton smile a lot.
We are dismissed early and I walk to Central Station with Maarten, while making rather mean and silly comments on things.
It is like I have known these people forever, but it also feels new and exciting.
I am happy.
